摘 要:目的通过检测血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和细胞骨架蛋白成束蛋白(FASCIN)(能和f-actin紧密结合的骨架蛋白)在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织及正常口腔黏膜组织中的表达情况,探讨两者与口腔鳞状细胞癌发生、发展的关系。方法选取2010年3月至2014年3月就诊并经病理证实的口腔鳞状细胞癌组织80例及正常口腔黏膜组织20例,采用免疫组织化学SP方法检测VEGF和FASCIN的表达情况。结果口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中,VEGF的表达阳性率为71.2%(57/80),在正常口腔黏膜组织中VEGF的表达阳性率为15.0%(3/20),VEGF在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织表达阳性率显著高于正常口腔黏膜组织(P<0.05);FASCIN在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达阳性率为72.5%(58/80),在正常口腔黏膜中的阳性表达率为20.0%(4/20),FASCIN在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织表达阳性率显著高于正常口腔黏膜组织(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移口腔鳞状细胞癌组织VEGF、FASCIN阳性率显著高于无淋巴结转移口腔鳞状细胞癌组织(P<0.05),病理分级Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级口腔鳞状细胞癌组织VEGF、FASCIN阳性率显著高于病理分级Ⅰ级口腔鳞状细胞癌组织(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF、FASCIN与口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展关系密切,通过检测VEGF与FASCIN的表达水平预测口腔鳞状细胞癌患者的治疗效果,为临床上治疗口腔鳞状细胞癌提供一定的理论根据,因此也可为临床上对口腔鳞状细胞癌的后续治疗提供一定的指导。Objective To "detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGFi and fibro- sactin(Fasein) in oral squamous carcinoma cell and normal oral mucosa, so as to explore the correlation between them and the onset and development of oral squamous carcinoma cell. Methods A total of 80 cases of oral squamous carcinoma cell and 20 eases of normal oral mueo^a from Mar. 2010 to Mar. 2014 were selected, and SP immunohistochemical method was adopted to test the expression of VEGF and Fascin in two different tissues. Results VEGF expression of oral squamous carcinoma cell was 71.2% (57/80), of the normal oral mucosa was 15.0% (3/20), the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Fascin expression in the oral squamous carcinoma cell was 72.5 % (58/80), in the normal oral mucosa was 20.0% (4/20) , the difference was statically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; VEGF and Fascin expression rate of patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than the patients without lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 O. 05 ) ; VEGF and Fascin expression rate of patients with pathological grade II and Ill was significantly higher than the patients with pathological grade I ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion VEGF and Fascin are closely related to the occurrence and development of oral squamous carcinoma, detecting the expression levels of which can provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of oral squamous carcinoma,and therefore can provide some guid- ance be for the clinical follow-uo treatment.
