人性化导向下高层住区外部空间设计新意像——以西安北郊某小区规划设计为例

摘　　要：住区的外部空间作为家居生活室内空间的有机延续,是居民生活空间的重要组成部分。该文针对现阶段城市高层住区外部空间给人的沉重压抑感展开研究,将中国与西方、传统与现代和谐相融,借鉴"高台"设计理念,把纯粹的高台建筑转化为高台景观与建筑并存,形成多维空间层次,旨在丰富住区外部空间环境,让生活回归本源,打造独具特色、人性化的品质生活住区。As the extension of interior space, the exterior space of residence is an important part of living space. Through the research on the heavy sense of repression brought by the current exterior space of high-rise, we will combine the Chinese and western, traditional and modern architectural concepts. By referring to the design concept of ＂high platform＂, the unmixed high- platform buildings will become the combination of high-platform landscape and high-platform buildings with a multi-dimensional space, which aims to enrich exterior space, let life return to origin and forge a quality living space which is full of characteristic and humanization.
