摘  要:目的:比较新型根管冲洗剂MTAD与传统冲洗剂对粪肠球菌的抗菌作用。方法:在离体牙上建立粪肠球菌根管内感染模型,实验组用新型冲洗剂MTAD及3种常用的冲洗剂(2.5% NaClO、3%双氧水、0.2%浓替硝唑含漱液)、对照组用0.9% NaCl溶液冲洗根管。冲洗前、后用吸潮纸尖进行细菌取样培养计数,并做统计学分析。结果:细菌培养计数结果显示,各组根管内细菌数量的差异在冲洗前无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过冲洗MTAD组与其他三组相比较,根管内细菌数量最少,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:MTAD冲洗剂较2.5%NaClO、3%双氧水、0.2%浓替硝唑含漱液对根管内的粪肠球菌有更优异的抗菌效果。Objective: To compare the antimicrobial effect on Enterococcus faecalis of MTAD(a mixture of a tetracycline isomer, an acid, and a detergent) with that of traditional irrigants. Methods: In the model of root canal infection,MTAD, the recently developed rinse and three kinds of commonly used irrigants(2.5% sodium hypochlorite, 3% hydrogen peroxide, and 0.2% Tinidazole mouthwash) were used in the experimental group, while 0.9% NaCl solution root canal irrigation was used in the control group. The Enterococcus faecalis bacteria samples were collected with sterile paper points before and after irrigation.Then statistical analysis was performed. Results: The bacterial counts results of each group before rinsing showed no significant difference(P〉0.05). After washing,the bacteria number in the MTAD group was significantly lower than the other groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion: This finding suggests that the MTAD irrigant possesses superior bactericidal activity compared with 2.5% sodium hypochlorite, 3% hydrogen peroxide, 0.2% Tinidazole mouthwash against E. faecalis.
