乳房外Paget病皮损中P27和细胞周期蛋白E表达

摘　　要：目的探讨P27和细胞周期蛋白E在乳房外Paget病中的表达特点及其意义。方法应用免疫组化二步法分别检测30例乳房外Paget病患者皮损及20例正常对照皮肤中P27和细胞周期蛋白E的表达情况。结果P127在乳房外Paget病组织中表达低于正常皮肤组织（x^2=7．031，P〈0．05）；细胞周期蛋白E在乳房外Paget病组织中表达高于正常皮肤组织（x^2=27．648，P〈0．05）。P27和细胞周期蛋白E呈负相关关系（r=-0．437，P〈0．05）。P27的表达与淋巴结转移无关（x^2=0．621，P〉0．05），细胞周期蛋白E的表达与淋巴结转移有关（x^2=6．102，P〈0．05）。结论P27的低表达和细胞周期蛋白E的过表达在乳房外Paget病的发生发展中可能起着十分重要的作用，并且细胞周期蛋白E与乳房外Paget病的淋巴结转移有关。Objective To examine the expression and significance of P27 and cyclinE in extramammary Paget＇s disease （EMPD）. Methods It was used to detect the distribution and expression of P27 and cyclinE in 30 patients with EMPD and in 20 patients with normal control skin by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of P27 and cyclinE expression in EMPD were 43.33% and 80. 00% respectively. The expression of P27 was apparently lower in EMPD compared to normal skin tissues （x^2 = 7. 031, P 〈 0. 05） , whereas the expression of cyclinE was higher in EMPD than that in normal skin tissues （x^2 = 27. 648, P 〈 0. 05）. There was a negative correlation between P27 and cyclinE （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of P27 not related with lymph node metastasis, whereas the expression of cyclinE correlated with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion Underexpression of P27 and overexpression of cyclinE may contribute to the pathogenesis of EMPD. Furthermore, the expression of cyclinE is correlated with lymph node metastasis.
