摘　　要：以色列何以成为创业的国度?以往研究常常归因于一个或几个因素的作用,而缺乏几个因素之间作用机制的探索。以《创业的国度——以色列经济奇迹的启示》一书为样本,首先,通过词频与关键事件分析,发现了影响以色列创业成功的5个重要因素:地缘政治环境、兵役制度、移民、文化、风险投资;然后,探索了5个因素的内在联系与作用机制,以及"义务兵役制"作用的内在本质;最后,排除了竞争性解释,指出了该研究发现对我国科技创业的启示。How can Israel become a start-up nation？ Most previous researches attributed its success to one or several factors, but lacked exploration the mechanism of action among these factors. ＇Taking Start-up nation： The story of Israel＇s economic miracle＇ as a sample, first we find five factors that affect the success of entrepreneurship in Israel by analyzing the frequency of words and critical events. The five factors are geopolitical environment, compulsory military service, immigrants, culture, and venture capital. Then we analyze the mechanism of action of the five factors and the intrinsic essence of compulsory military service by content analyzing. Finally, we eliminate the rival explanations, and indicate the implications for China to promote technology entrepreneurship.
