河南省校园足球指导教师现状分析

摘　　要：随着校园足球的火热流行和在"快乐足球、健康人生"的倡导下,校园足球的发展越发得到重视,本文以河南省校园足球教学师资现状为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对河南省体育师资的专业、职称、学历等进行调查,研究发现河南省校园足球师资力量单薄,教师足球专业素质有待提高等;建议:加强领导重视、完善校园足球培训体制,加强足球专业教师队伍建设。Along with the popularity of campus football and under the advocacy of ＂happy football, healthy life＂ , the development of campus football is calling more and more attention. Taking teaching faculty of campus football in Henan province as its research subject and with methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the paper investigates profession, title and education of P.E. teaching faculty in Henan province. The study discovers that teaching faculty of campus football teachers in Henan province is quite weak and professional quality of football teachers need improving. The paper suggests leaders attaching more attention; improving training system of campus football and strengthening building of football professional teachers.
