水上专业学生习练体育的行为与兴趣状况研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计等主要方法,对广州航海学院2005年和2015年水上专业学生习练体育的行为态度与运动兴趣和体质状况,进行比较分析,结果表明:较10年前上体育课、参与课外体育活动与比赛的喜欢度增加,体质测试等级指标有下降趋势,运动兴趣有较大变化,针对存在的问题,提出相应建议。With methods of questionnaire, literature and mathematical statistics, the paper conducts comparative analysis on behavior, attitude, sports interest and physical fitness of aquatic majors of Guangzhou Maritime Institute in 2005 and 2015. Results show that compared with attendance in P. E. classes, participation in extracurricular activities and love for competitions 10 years ago, those items of 2015 increase and physical condition indexes tend to decrease. This shows that students＇ exercise interest has changed greatly. The paper puts forward corresponding suggestions in accordance with existing problems.
