摘　　要：1例72岁老年男性患者,因肺癌伴全身多发骨转移入院治疗。入院后给予保护骨组织、增强免疫、改善食欲等对症治疗。住院期间临床药师对患者进行全程药学监护,包括癌症疼痛治疗、双膦酸盐和阿片类药品不良反应、埃克替尼和卡马西平的相互作用、患者用药教育,协助临床医师完善治疗方案。经过23 d对症治疗,患者病情好转出院。One 72-year-old elderly male patient was hospitalized because of lung cancer with systemic multiple bone metastases. The patient was given symptomatic treatment including bone protection, immunity enhancement and improving appetite and so on. Clinical pharmacists carried out the overall pharmaceutical care to assist clinical physicians promoting treatment scheme, which contained the treatment for cancer pain, the adverse drug reactions of bisphosphonates and opioids, the drug interaction between icotinib and carbamazepine, the medication education for patient. After 23 days of symptomatic treatment, the patient was discharged.
