摘　　要：胃癌是我国高发的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来中医药治疗已经成为了肿瘤综合治疗的一部分。回顾中医药治疗胃癌的相关实验研究,从抑制细胞增殖、诱导凋亡、调节免疫、抑制端粒酶的表达、抑制血管新生、抗侵袭转移及逆转多药耐药等方面阐述中医药治疗胃癌的机理,从而更好地为临床治疗提供参考。Gastric cancers is one of the most prevalent malignancies in China. In recent years,TCM has become a part of multiple treatments for gastric carcinoma. This article reviews the related experimental researches of treatment in gastric cancers with traditional Chinese medicine,and elaborates the mechanism from inhibiting of cell proliferation,inducing apoptosis,regulating immune,inhibiting the expression of telomerase,inhibiting angiogenesis,anti- tumor invasion and metastasis and reversing multi- drug resistance to provide better reference for clinical treatment.
