摘　　要：旅游管理专业的特点决定了旅游管理专业必须采用产学研立体化的教学模式，以实现培养高素质、高能力的旅游管理专业人才的目标。本文在分析产学研立体化内涵的基础上，并且以山东省高校为调研目标进行实证研究，通过问卷调查、访谈的方法，采用定性与定量相结合的方法来分析、归纳山东省高校产学研联合培养本科生存在的问题及原因，为旅游管理本科专业产学研立体化教学模式构建提供依据。The characteristics of tourism management decides that it should adopt the mode of dimensional, production and research teaching mode, in order to achieve the aim of training of high-quality, high-capacity talented tourism management students. Based on the analysis the connotation of dimensional, production and research teaching, and combined with empirical analysis of the universities in Shandong Province, then through questionnaires, interviews, qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze, summarize problems and causes of joint training from the universities of Shandong province, and provide a basis to build tourism management undergraduate dimensional production and research teaching mode.
