大剂量维生素C联合二磷酸果糖治疗新生儿窒息合并心肌损害的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨大剂量维生素C联合二磷酸果糖治疗新生儿窒息合并心肌损害的临床疗效。方法选取2012年8月—2014年12月在新余市妇幼保健院进行治疗的102例新生儿窒息合并心肌损害患儿,根据患儿住院尾号的奇偶数分为A组与B组,每组51例。B组患儿采取常规疗法,A组患儿在常规方法治疗的基础上应用大剂量维生素C联合二磷酸果糖方法治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、心肌酶谱〔血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)以及α-羟丁酸脱氧酶(α-HBDH)〕水平变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,A组患儿的总有效率高于B组,CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST以及α-HBDH水平低于B组,不良反应发生率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量维生素C联合二磷酸果糖治疗新生儿窒息合并心肌损害的临床疗效显著,可有效降低心肌酶谱水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of large doses of vitamin C combined with fructose diphos-phate in the treatment of neonatal asphyxia with myocardial injury. Methods From August 2012 to December 2014 in Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Xinyu City 102 neonatal asphyxia with myocardial injury children were selected,according to the odevity of the the last number of the hospitalized they were divided into group A and group B,51 cases in each group. Group B were treated with conventional therapy,group A were treated with large doses of vitamin C combined with fructose diphosphate on the basis of conventional therapy,clinical efficacy of children,myocardial enzymes〔serum creatine kinase（CK）,creatine kinase（CK - MB）,lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）and α - hydroxybutyrate dehydrogen-ase（α - HBDH）〕level changes and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,total effective rate of group A was higher than group B,CK,CK - MB,LDH,AST and α - HBDH levels were low-er than group B,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than group B,the differences were statistically significant（P ﹤0. 05）. Conclusion Large doses of vitamin C combined with fructose diphosphate has significant effect in the treatment of neo-natal asphyxia with myocardial injury,can significantly reduce myocardial enzyme levels.
