系统视角下高新技术企业技术监控整合机制及其运行研究

摘　　要：分析了高新技术企业技术监控的特点,研究了技术监控整合的动力和必要性,构建了由内部整合机制、外部整合机制和环境整合机制组成的高新技术企业技术监控的整合机制,探讨了其运行条件,对高新技术企业优化技术监控资源、加强企业与其所处外部环境的互动、提高技术监控绩效具有重要意义。Based on the introductions of the characteristics of technology monitoring in high-tech enterprises, the driving forcesand necessities of integration are analyzed. Then, the integration mechanism composed of internal integration mechanism, externalintegration mechanism, and environment integration mechanism is structured and its operation conditions are discussed. It isimportant for high-tech enterprises to optimize their technology monitoring resources, strengthen the interaction between theenterprises and the external environment, and improve the technology monitoring performance.
