摘　　要：目的构建中医健康状态精气神理论框架,为中医健康状态精气神辨识的运用与实践提供理论基础。方法在"取象运数,形神一体,气为一元"原创思维的指导下,在中医精气神理论的基础上,构建中医健康状态精气神辨识的理论框架。结果中医精气神辨识理论框架包括精气神充足和精气神不足辨识2个类别,每个类别含有形象、窍象、神志象、舌象、脉象5个方面内容。结论中医健康状态精气神辨识理论框架对指导中医健康状态辨识的实践提供了指导。Objective To provide a theoretical theoretical framework of TCM essence ,qi and sp foundation for health status identification and practice, build up the irit diagnosis in health status assessment. Methods Under the guide of the original thought mode of ＂xiang-shu thought-view of body-spirit syncretism-qi for monism of TCM＂, construct the framework of TCM essence, qi and spirit diagnosis in health status assessment by the brainstorming method. Results The framework of TCM essence, qi and spirit diagnosis in health status assessment gives two classifications of the es- sence, qi and spirit respectively： sufficiency and deficiency. Both of the classifications contain ＂xiang＂ of physique, orifices, consciousness, tongue and pulse etc. five. Conclusion The framework of TCM essence, qi and spirit diagnosis can be provided for health status assessment practices as a guide.
