摘  要:目的:研究钛种植体基台表面纳米银壳聚糖涂层的体内生物相容性。方法:静电层层自组装技术获得纯钛表面纳米银壳聚糖涂层,将纯钛抛光组(对照组)、纳米银壳聚糖涂层组(实验组)种植体(各15枚)植入SD大鼠背部皮下,术后1、2及3月取材。大体观察大鼠行为变化及术区情况,组织学染色观察炎性细胞浸润及纤维包裹层厚度;免疫荧光染色检测术区周围软组织CD68阳性的巨噬细胞密度。结果:术后大鼠活动正常、无死亡,术区无感染;HE染色显示实验组炎性细胞浸润较对照组少,对照组纤维包裹层厚度、噬细胞密度均较实验组高(P<0.05)。结论:纳米银壳聚糖涂层种植具有良好的体内生物相容性,为种植体基台表面抗菌改性提供了新的思路和方法。Objective: To observe the in vivo biocompatibility of titanium with surface modified by chitosan-Agnanoparticle coating. Methods: The titanium implants were divided into 2 groups(n=30) by different surface treatment:Polished titanium, chitosan-Ag-nanoparticle coating. The implants were subcutaneously transplantated into the back of SD rats randomly. 1, 2 and 3 month after surgery, the CD68 immunofluorescent and histological analysis were performed to evaluate the soft tissue inflammatory infiltration and biocompatibility. Results: Lower inflammatory infiltration was observed in chitosan-Ag-nanoparticle group than in Polished titanium. The thickness of reactive capsule and the density of macrophages were higher expression in polished titanium group than in chitosan-Ag-nanoparticle group in different points(P〈0.05).Conclusion: chitosan-Ag-nanoparticle coated titanium implant may reduce inflammation infiltration in peri-implant soft tissue and can't raise the foreign body reaction.
