二氧化锆全瓷冠与金合金烤瓷冠修复上前牙的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨玻璃纤维桩二氧化锆全瓷冠与玻璃纤维桩金合金烤瓷冠修复上前牙牙体缺损的临床疗效。方法:对96例成年患者的196颗牙体缺损的上前牙进行全冠修复,由患者自行选择材料分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用玻璃纤维桩二氧化锆全瓷冠修复,对照组采用玻璃纤维桩金合金烤瓷冠修复,所有患者修复后经过1-3年的随访观察,观察其临床修复效果。结果:修复完成1年、3年后对患者进行检查,观察组(玻璃纤维桩二氧化锆全瓷冠)患者对修复体颜色匹配度,牙龈健康状态明显高于对照组(玻璃纤维桩金合金烤瓷冠)(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩联合二氧化锆全瓷冠修复上前牙牙体缺损更适合于临床应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical performances of zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown and porcelaingold alloy crown in restoring maxillary anterior tooth defects. Methods： 196 defective anterior teeth of 96 adult patients indicated for full crown restorations were recruited. The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group based on their own choices of restorations. After glass fiber post placements, zirconium dioxide all ceramic crowns were used for the observation group, and porcelain-gold alloy crowns were used for the control group. All the patients were followed up for 1 to 3 years. Results： Based on the examination of the patients one and three years after restorations, the degree of color matching of the restorations, and gingival healthy status in the observation group are better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical application of all ceramic crowns with glass fiber posts on restoring maxillary anterior teeth is optimal.
