摘　　要：目的:通过体外实验,研究氧化锆基底瓷颜色的差异对氧化锆全瓷修复体颜色的影响。方法:选取4种不同颜色的氧化锆瓷块制备边长为10mm,厚度为0.5mm的正方形试件各10件,依次分为A、B、C、D四组,并均匀涂塑B3色的牙本质瓷1.0mm,用Crystaleye比色仪依次测量全部试件的色度值,每个试件测三次,取平均值,并计算组间△E值。再选用Crystaleye分析软件中的Vita Classical比色板对试件进行比色,记录比色结果及各试件与该比色片的色差值。每个试件测三次,取平均值作为最终结果。用SPSS12.0软件对不同颜色的氧化锆基底瓷与试件颜色的关系进行相关性和回归性分析,并对各组的色度学参数进行方差分析和独立样本t检验。结果:ABCD四组试件组间的Lab值差异均具有统计学意义。四组试件组间的色差值均大于1.5。应用Crystaley e分析软件中的Vita Classical比色板的比色结果均为B3。其中与B3比色片色差值最小的为C组试件。结论:氧化锆基底瓷的颜色对修复体颜色有影响,临床中应根据配色指导选择合适基底瓷颜色。Objective： To investigate the influence of different colors of ceramic bases on the color of zirconia-based all-ceramic restorations. Methods： 40 standard specimens with 10 mm side length and 0.5mm thickness were fabricated by four different colored zirconia bases. All the specimens were divided into four group： A, B, C, D group according to the color of the materials. A veneer porcelain layer of 1.0mm thick and Shade B3 was placed on the specimens. The color parameters of all the 40 specimens were measured three times by using a Crystaleye spectrophotometer. Color difference（△E） between each of the two groups were calculated. A Vita Classical shade guide was used to measure the color of the specimens,and color difference △E between the tab and the specimens were assessed. Statistical analysis was conducted using the SPSS12.0 software. Results： There were statistical difference among the value of L＊a＊b＊ in the each two groups.The △E between each two groups were greater than 1.5. The result of all the groups by using the Vita Classical shade guide were the same as B3.The smallest △E between the B3 tab and the specimens was found in group C. Conclusion： The color of zirconia base has a certain influence on the color of zirconia all-ceramic restorations. Choosing appropriate color of zirconia base is important.
