摘　　要：王居易教授认为在分析临床病候的基础上,对有关经脉(包括本经、表里经、同名经、相生相克经等)进行审、切、循、按、扪,可发现异常变动经脉。审:观察辨别皮肤异常的丘疹、黑斑、疖肿、迂曲等现象,判断经脉有无异常。切:常切额角动脉候,腹动脉,太溪脉(胫后动脉),冲阳脉(足背动脉)等,感受其力度,以观虚实。循:经络异常,如结节、结块、结络、脆络,局部肌肉紧张度增高,松软塌陷。按:按压任脉及腹部穴位,如塌陷松软,喜温喜按为虚;结块、增厚、肌肉紧张,拒按喜凉为实。扪:额部和膻中、巨阙、中脘、神阙、气海、关元、中极、肺俞、膏肓俞、脾俞、肾俞、八髎等,辨别经络之虚实。经络诊察可为临床辨别经络虚实寒热提供依据,减少主观推断偏差。Professor Wang Juyi considered in the analysis of clinical disease syndromes,based on the relevant meridians（including the classics,table by the same name by,allelopathy through,etc.） be reviewed,cutting,follow,press,palpa ble examination,can be found in changes in the meridians abnormalities meridians.Review：abnormal skin pimples,spots,b oils,swelling,tortuous blood network appearing phenomena observed and to identify,through observation of color and filling degree was to determine the status of sublingual elapsed meridian.Cut：regular cut forehead artery syndrome,abdominal arteries,veins too River（posterior tibial artery）,red positive pulse（dorsalis pedis artery）,feel their efforts in order to observe the actual situation.Follow：focus on the meridians abnormalities,such as nodules,lumps,knot network,crisp envelope,local muscle tension increased,soft collapse.Press：Press Ren and abdomen points,if collapse soft,thermophilic hi imaginary;aggl omeration,thickening,muscle tension,and rejected by hi cool real.Palpable：the forehead and the smell of mutton,Juque,the abdominal,God Que,air sea,Guan Yuan,Chinese pole,Feishu,Gao Huang Yu,spleen,Shenshu,eight liao,etc.,to identify the actual situation meridian.Meridian clinical examination method can discriminate on the basis of the nature of the meridian actual situation of cold and heat,reduce bias caused by subjective inference,worthy of promotion.
