补肾益髓方联合化疗治疗脾肾亏虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌骨髓抑制并发症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察补肾益髓方联合化疗治疗脾肾亏虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌骨髓抑制并发症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组35例DP化疗方案,多西紫杉醇75mg/m2,d1静滴;顺铂25-30mg/m2,d1-3静滴。治疗组35例补肾益髓方(熟地15g,黄芪、黄精、女贞子、补骨脂各30g,墨旱莲15g,甘草炙12g,佛手15g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服,100m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液生化指标(白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制12例,显效15例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率94.28%。对照组临床控制0例,显效13例,有效12例,无效10例,总有效率71.43%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血液指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补肾益髓方联合化疗治疗脾肾亏虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌骨髓抑制并发症疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Bu Shen Yi Sui square spleen deficiency type combination chemotherapy of advanced non-small cell lung complication of bone marrow suppression effect.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,70 cases of hospitalized patients with treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.35 cases in the control group DP chemotherapy,docetaxel 75 mg/m2,d1 intravenous cisplatin 25-30 mg/m2,d1-3 intravenous infusion.The treatment group 35 cases Bu Shen Yi Sui party（Shudi 15 g,H uangqi,Huangjing,Nvzhenzi,Buguzhi 30 g,Mohanlian 15 g,Gancao 12 g,Foshou 15g）,1a/d,decoction 200 m L,sooner or later oral,100 m L/times.Western medicine with the control group.21 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood biochemical parameters（white blood cell count,hemoglobin,platelet count）,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]12 cases of the control treatment group,15 cases markedly effective in 6 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 94.28%.0 cases of clinical control group,13 cases markedly effective in 12 cases,10 cases,the total efficiency of 71.43%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Blood indicators improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Bu Shen Yi Sui square spleen deficiency type combination chemotherapy of advanced non-small cell lung complication of bone marrow suppression satisfactory effect,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
