紫黄汤联合西药治疗白癜风随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察紫黄汤联合西药治疗白癜风疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将150例门诊患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组75例甲氧沙林,10mg/d,1次/d,口服,服药后2h日光照射;复方卡力孜然酊3~4次/d,擦药30min后,局部日光浴或紫外线照射15min;或卤米松,涂抹患处,2次/d。治疗组75例紫黄汤（紫草6g,黄芩、赤芍10g,鸡血藤15g,当归、红花、地黄、牡丹皮、杜仲、白芍、女贞子、桃仁10g）,1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服,200m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗180d为1疗程。观测临床症状、皮损片数、白斑面积、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效19例,有效41例,无效15例,总有效率80.00%。对照组显效12例,有效37例,无效26例,总有效率65.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。皮损片数两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]紫黄汤联合西药治疗白癜风疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the purple Huang Tang combined with Western medicine treatment of vitiligo effect.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,150 cases of outpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.Methoxsalen 75 cases in the control group,10mg/d,1 times/d,orally,2h after taking sunlight.Card power cumin compound tincture 3-4 times/d,after Cayao 30 min,partial sun or ultraviolet radiation 15 min.Or Halometasone,smearing the affected area,2 times/d.The treatment group 75 cases purple yellow soup（Zicao 6g,Huangqin,Chishao 10 g,Jixueteng 15 g,Danggui,Honghua,Dihaung,Mudnapi,D uzhong,Baishao,Nvzhenzi,Taoren 10g）,1/d,decoction 400 m L,sooner or later,oral,200 m L/times.Western medicinewith the control group.180 d continuous treatment course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,skin lesions number of pieces,white area,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 19 cases,effective 41 cases,ineffective in 15 cases,the total efficiency of 80.00%.The control group 12 cases markedly effective in 37 cases,26 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 65.33%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Disc lesions in both groups improved（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Purple yellow soup combined with Western medicine treatment of vitiligo results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
