摘 要:针对研制的碳化硅-蒙脱土/环氧树脂微纳米复合非线性防电晕材料,探讨了碳化硅含量和有机化蒙脱土含量对防晕材料介电性能的影响,试验研究了不同电场下所研制防晕材料表面电阻率的变化规律,计算了防晕材料的非线性系数和初始电阻率。研究结果表明:随着碳化硅粒径和碳化硅含量的增加,防电晕漆的表面电阻率降低而非线性系数升高,当碳化硅与胶粘剂重量比超过3:1时,防电晕漆表面电阻率和非线性系数的变化趋于平缓;纳米有机化蒙脱土的添加能有效提高Si C防电晕材料的非线性特性,降低高电场强下材料的损耗和表面温度。The nonlinear anticorona varnish of silicon carbide montmorillonite/epoxy resin micro/nano composite was prepared. The effect of the amounts of organic montmorillonite and SiC on the dielectrical properties of anti-corona material were discussed, and the natural surface resistivity changed with the in-creasing of applied voltage of the material was studied. The nonlinear coefficient and the natural surface resistivity were calculated. The results show that with the increase of silicon carbide particle size, the sur-face resistivity of corona protective is reduced and nonlinear coefficient is increased; Along with the SiC content increasing, the surface resistivity of the materials is decreased, nonlinear coefficient is increased;but when the weight ratio of silicon carbide and adhesive more than 3 the surface resistivity and nonlinear coefficient of the materials is subtle change;The addition of O-MMT could increase the nonlinear coeffi-cient and reduce the surface featured by temperature under high electrical field of the materials.
