我国运动员不正当竞争行为的成因及道德规范研究

摘　　要：在全面分析我国运动员不正当竞争行为成因的基础上对其道德规范问题进行研究,旨在为规范运动员的体育竞争行为提供理论依据。研究结论:体育行政部门通过加强对运动员的道德教育和道德意识的培养,通过加强体育道德的宣传,加大对不正当竞争运动员的惩罚力度,借助刚性的"他律"措施来规范运动员不正当竞争行为,以此来促进竞技体育运动的健康可持续发展。Researching for moral rule issue,base on comprehensive analysis cause of formation of unfair of competition and practice between athletes in sports in China,what purpose is provides reference to regularize the behavior of the athletes in sports competition in building and improving policy and law. Research materials show： the physical cultural administrative department must strengthen training to athletes in moral education and moral idea,by reinforces publicity in sports moral,and increase the intensity of punishment to athletes of unfair competition,with the aid of rigid ＂heteronomy＂to block and prevent and behavior of unfair competition from athletes,use this way to promote health and sustainable development in competitive sports in China.
