新形势下我国校园足球管理体制的探讨——基于责任原理的视角

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,基于管理学中的责任原理对我国青少年校园足球活动的管理体制进行探讨。研究结果表明体育部门对校园足球管理过程中存在责任落实不明确,人、财、物不统一,权、利、能不一致的问题。构建新形势下,由教育部门主管我国校园足球后的管理体制。Based on the responsibility principle,using the method of documentation,expert interview and logical analysis,this paper discussed the management institution of teenagers’ school football. It is not clear for the responsibility of the sports department in the process of school football management. Persons,moneys and goods are not unified. Power,benefit and ability can not consistent. After the education department in charge of school football,building the school football management institution in our country under the new situation.
