摘  要:介绍糯租水电站首部地形地质条件和昆河铁路对首部枢纽设计及施工的影响,提出保证铁路不中断运行的首部枢纽设计方案。并详细介绍软基上重力坝的设计。铁路运输实现了在大坝施工中畅通目标,且路基安全稳定。糯租水电站已经安全运行了近7年,建基于软基上的拦河坝未发现任何不良状况,安全监测资料也显示运行状况良好。The paper gives an introduction to the topographical and geological conditions of the head complex of Nuozu hydropower project and to the infl uence of the Kunming-Hekou railway on both design and construction of the head complex. The paper put forward the design proposal of the project head complex, which will ensure the normal operation of the railway without interruption. The paper also explains the design of the gravity dam founded on a soft foundation. The transportation by railway implemented the successful construction of the dam, and the railway foundation is safe and stable. Nuozu hydropower station has already operated for 7 years and its dam founded on a soft foundation has been in a good state. The dam instrumentation shows that the dam has been under successful operation.
