摘　　要：高校化学实验室危险源种类多,其人员管理是安全工作的难点和重点。清华大学化工系以多年的安全管理经验为基础,建立并实施了"实验室准入制度",不仅完善了实验室安全管理体系,也为高校化学化工实验室的人员管理提供了有益的参考。With various hazards including toxic chemicals ,pressure vessels and high‐temperature equipment ,the personnel safety in university chemical laboratories is of great importance .Based on the experience in safety management accumulated in the past years ,the laboratory access system is established and carried out in Department of Chemical Engineering of Tsinghua University .It is mandatory for all researchers in laboratories to obtain the safety pass （S‐pass） before they can start their work by learning essential safety knowledge , passing safety examination ,doing risk evaluation and signing a commitment .This system is proved to be quite effective for improving the safety consciousness of researchers and decreasing the risk in laboratories as well .It can also provide beneficial reference for other universities and colleges .
