摘　　要：紧紧围绕教改工程,在"双师型"实验教员队伍的基础上,强化科研的助推作用,提出了"双师+科研"型实验教学队伍培养模式。分析了"双师+科研"型实验教员能力结构,剖析了当前实验教学队伍存在的问题,探索了培养对策。研究成果对推进教改工程、提高人才培养质量具有重要的意义。This paper puts forward the training mode of “double‐skilled ＋ research ” experimental teachers team ,based on“ double‐skilled” type of experimental teachers team ,which can strengthen the boosting role of scientific research .The“double‐skilled ＋ research”teachers’ ability structure and the existing problems of experimental teachers are analysized . The training countermeasures are explored . Reasearch results have important significance to advance the teaching reform project and improve the quality of personnel training .
