校企共建实验室管理机制研究与改进思路

摘　　要：目前校企共建实验室一定程度上存在重设立、疏管理、轻运行的现象,发挥的作用有限,亟待改进当前管理思路,强化有效运行。具体分析了校企共建实验室国内外发展现状、当前存在的问题及产生的原因,从加强顶层设计和完善管理机制、建立激励和评价机制、完善监督考核机制3个方面,提出了改进校企共建实验室管理手段的思路,对推进产学研深度融合和巩固企业创新主体地位具有重要意义。Presently ,there exists the phenomenon of paying attention to the establishment , but poor management and ignoring operation in the management process of the school‐enterprise cooperation laboratory , thus its role is limited .It is necessary to improve the current management idea and strengthen the effective operation .The current development situation ,the current problems and causes of school‐enterprise cooperation laboratory are analyzed ,and the improvement ideas of management of school‐enterprise cooperation laboratory are proposed through completing the following three aspects：the management mechanism ,the incentive and evaluation mechanisms ,and the supervision and evaluation mechanism .This paper has important significance for promoting deep integration of industry‐university‐research and consolidating the situation that enterprise is the innovation main body .
