摘  要:乙炔加氢反应器是乙烯回收系统的一个重要组成部分,其操作的好坏直接影响产品的质量和经济效益。对乙炔加氢反应装置,采用常规操作方法经常会造成乙炔加氢反应器的过加氢现象,并会降低催化剂的选择性。相关积分优化方法是一种无须建模模型对象,仅通过计算操作调优变量与目标函数的相关积分便可以实现对过程操作调优的方法,目前已在催化裂化、酮苯脱蜡等装置中应用。本文提出了一种加约束的相关积分优化方法,利用一种新的乘子罚函数方法对操作变量加以约束,并应用到乙炔加氢反应器中对其进行操作调优,无需建立对象模型,在保证乙炔出口浓度在所要求范围内的基础上提高了催化剂的选择性,并在中石化某烯烃厂的乙炔加氢装置进行了实例验证,验证结果证实了所提方法的可行性和有效性。The acetylene hydrogenation reactor is an important part of the ethylene recycle unit and its quality of optimization operation can directly influence the quality of the products and profits. For an acetylene hydrogenation reactor, normal operation based on experiences is the common way for operation which could result in over hydrogenation and decreasing the catalyst selectivity. Correlation integration method can optimize the process by computing the correlation integration of the Operating variables and optimization object function without modeling and already has been used in industrial processes such as cracking and acetone-benzene dewaxing process. In this article, correlation integration method with constraints of operating variables is presented in which a new penalty function is given. Based on such an idea, an application in acetylene hydrogenation reactor belonging to an Alkene Factory of Sinopec to improve the catalyst selectivity with guaranteeing the concentration of outlet acetylene is also given. The results indicate the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
