从用药特点探张仲景保胃气学术思想

摘　　要：张仲景所著《伤寒论》《金匮要略》首开临证保胃气之先河,在处方用药、药物配伍、煎服方法、饮食调摄等方面处处体现保胃气的学术思想,奠定了后世脾胃学说的基础,后世医家在此基础上逐渐完备脾胃学说,从临证角度突出了人体正气强弱与胃气盛衰的密切关系。ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases and Essentials from the Golden Cabinet set a precedent of protecting stomach qi,embody the academic thought in prescription,drug compatibility,decoction method,diet regulation,etc,and lay a good foundation for the later theory of spleen and stomach. 1. Based on this,the physicians of later generations have gradually completed the spleen- stomach theory,and stressed the close relationship between human＇s strong or weak healthy qi and excessive or deficient stomach qi from the clinical angle.
