中西医结合中外合作护理教育的问题和思考——以江西中医药大学中美合作护理办学项目为例

摘　　要：介绍中美合作护理项目的开展进程情况并总结该项目在实施过程中所出现的问题,例如课程门类增多、加重学生学习负担,课程基数过大,影响教育部评估达标,多种教学方法的应用,挑战学生学习能力等,同时针对所出现的问题提出了精简课程门数、整合教学内容,选聘优质师资,增加国家政策扶持等意见,以期进一步推动中外合作护理教育项目的顺利开展。This study analyzed a series of problems of the joint program, such as an increase of courses and workload and various teaching methods. Measures such as synthesizing courses and teaching content, using the best teachers, formulating favorable policies were proposed to guarantee the success of the joint program.
