摘　　要：目的:对医学院校本科生批判性思维倾向进行跨年级调查,分析现状,探讨成因,提出对策。方法:使用一般资料问卷和批判性思维倾向问卷对该校361名本科生进行横断面调查。结果:82.5%的学生得分介于210-280之间,批判性思维倾向整体呈中性状态;批判性思维倾向随年级提升呈逐年下滑态势。结论:培养医学生的批判性思维倾向,需要医学教育工作者全方位地不懈努力,这包括教师要首先成为理性批判者,肩负起培养学生批判思维的责任;医学院校要营造有利于批判性教学生长的环境,为批判型教学提供精神氛围和制度保障;同时要对教育理念、课程设置、教学内容、评价和考核制度等方面进行改革。Objective ： to investigate critical thinking disposition of students in a local medical college. Method Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory and another questionnaire were used. 361 undergraduate students participated. Results： 82.5% of those surveyed scored between 210 to 280. In general, their critical thinking disposition was neutral and higher graders＇ disposition was lower than lower graders. Conclusion ： we should further strengthen teaching reform and offer relevant courses in order to promote and cultivate undergraduate medical students＇ critical thinking disposition.
