右丙亚胺减少乳腺癌蒽环类药物化疗后心电图事件的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨预防性使用右丙亚胺对乳腺癌蒽环类药物化疗后心电图事件的影响。方法 72例乳腺癌患者随机分为2组,每组36例。对照组仅予含蒽环类药物的方案化疗,右丙亚胺组化疗前30min予右丙亚胺(与表阿霉素剂量比为10:1)快速静脉滴注;比较化疗后两组患者的心电图改变。结果两组患者共71例完成含蒽环类药物化疗方案4次,对照组1例患者第2次化疗后出现心力衰竭退出研究。化疗后右丙亚胺组心电图不良事件的发生率小于对照组(x^2=16.17,P<0.05)。结论预防性使用右丙亚胺能减少乳腺癌患者蒽环类药物化疗所致的心电图事件。Objective To investigate the effect of dexrazoxane pre- treatment on reducing electrocardiographic events induced by antharcycline treatment of breast cancer. Methods Seventy- two patients with breast cancer were treated with or without dexrazoxane randomly before chemotherapy with anthracycline. The dexrazoxane was infused intravenously 30 minutes before epirubicin, at a dosage of 10- fold of epirubicin. Electrocardiogram was recorded at the end of chemotherapy and compared between two groups. Results One patient in group without dexrazoxane withdrew from the study for heart failure. The incidence of electrocardiographic events was significantly lower in patients pre- treated with than in patients not pre- treated with dexrazoxane （χ^2=16.17, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dexrazoxane pre- treatment may reduce electrocardiographic events caused by chemotherapy with antharcycline in patients with breast cancer.
