摘　　要：高等职业技术师范教育承担着为职业技术教育培养师资的重要使命,是职业教育的"工作母机"。经过多年发展,我国已形成了多层次、开放型的职教师资培养体系。高等职业技术师范院校作为最重要的职教师资培养主题,在教育的实践中,仍存在一些深层次问题。Higher vocational and technical education bears the important mission of training teachers for vocational and technical education,and is the ＂ machine tools＂ of vocational education. After many years of development,China has formed a multi-level,open oriented teacher training system. As the most important subject of vocational teachers training,the higher vocational and technical normal university still has some problems in the practice of education.
