摘  要:目的:探究四组含铜量分别为2wt%、5wt%、10wt%、25wt%的Ti-Cu合金对MG-63成骨细胞的早期黏附、增殖和分化的影响。方法:扫描电镜下观察细胞的黏附情况;激光共聚焦下对细胞的早期黏附进行计数;CCK8法测细胞的增殖情况;对硝基苯磷酸盐法检测碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性。结果:细胞在四组材料表面生长状态良好,呈梭形,细胞饱满,有伪足伸出;细胞的增殖率和ALP的活性与纯钛没有明显的差别。结论:含铜量不同的四组材料的生物相容性良好,对细胞的黏附、增殖、分化没有不良的影响。Objective: To explore the influence of Ti- Cu alloy in four groups of copper content is respectively2 wt %,5 wt. %,10 wt. %,25 wt. % on MG- 63 early osteoblast adhesion,proliferation and differentiation.Methods: Cell adhesion was observed under scanning electron microscopy( SEM). Under the laser confocal early adhesion of cells to count. CCK8 was used to measure cell proliferation; P- nitrophenyl phosphate method to detect the activity of alkaline phosphatase( ALP). Results: Cell growth in four groups of material surface was in a good condition,and in a spindle,full,cellular pseudopod extend. Cell proliferation rate and the activity of ALP and pure titanium had no obvious difference. Conclusion: The four groups of copper content in different materials are of good biocompatibility. There is no adverse effects on cell adhesion,proliferation and differentiation,without adverse effects.
