摘 要:科技型中小企业人力资本投资风险及评价是目前国内外学者及企业界关注的热点问题。在回顾相关理论基础上,科学设计出通过效度和信度检验的科技型中小企业人力资本投资风险评价调研问卷,并以北京96家科技型中小企业为例开展实证研究。运用因子分析与层次分析法,结合企业实际,以内部投资风险为主,明确科技型中小企业人力资本投资风险评价指标体系由决策风险、流失风险、匹配与使用风险、代理风险、激励政策风险和贬值风险6个维度31个指标构成,进而讨论各维度与指标的权重地位,为开展科技型中小企业人力资本投资风险评价理论和实践研究提供有益参考。Human capital investment risk and its evaluation of SME in science and technology is a hot issue for scholars and business at home and abroad currently. In the review on the basis of relevant theories, we design the survey questionnaire on human capital investment risk of SME in science and technology scientifically which passed the test of validity and reliability, and carry out the empirical research of Beijing 96 SMEs in science and technology. Through the way of factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process, combined with the actual situation, taking the internal investment risk analysis mainly, we define that the evaluation indicators system of human capital investment risk of SME in science and technology is consisted of six dimensions of 31 indicators forms including the risk of decision, loss, matching and using, agency, incentives and devaluation. We take further discussion on the weight of various dimensions and indicators. It provides a useful reference on the research development of human capital investment risk evaluation theory and practice of SME in science and technology.
