企业间行为、社会责任与合作创新绩效

摘　　要：将社会责任引入合作创新领域,探索企业间行为,包括专用性投资、合作研发及组织间学习3个因素对企业合作创新绩效的影响以及社会责任的调节作用。以我国企业为样本进行问卷调查,以企业规模、企业年限及企业合作经验作为控制变量,构建理论模型并进行检验。研究结果表明:社会责任显著增加了专用性投资对于合作创新绩效的正向作用,但专用性投资对合作创新绩效的积极作用并不显著;合作研发及组织间学习会显著促进合作创新绩效,并且社会责任能够增加两者对合作创新绩效的正向作用。This paper explores the effect of inter - firm behaviors, including specific investments, the effect of cooperative R＆D and inter - organization learning on co - innovation performance, and the moderating effect of corporate social responsibility. By a survey questionnaire and interview with enterprises in China, enterprises scale and age, and cooperative experience as control variables, the theoretical model is empirically analyzed and tested. The results show that social responsi- bility significantly enhances the positive effect of specific investments on co - innovation performance, however the positive effect of specific investments on co - innovation performance is not significant; cooperative R＆D and inter - organization learning can increase co - innovation performance and corporate social responsibility can increase the positive effects of them.
