格列齐特/羟丙基-β-环糊精包结物的制备与表征

摘　　要：本文采用相溶解度图方法研究了羟丙基-β-环糊精对格列齐特的包结作用,并通过中和法制备了固体包结物,利用DSC、FTIR、XRD等手段对固体包结物进行了表征,同时考察了包结后溶解度的变化。结果表明,格列齐特与羟丙基-β-环糊精两者可形成1∶1的可溶性包结物,包结物是格列齐特以无定形状态分散到羟丙基-β-环糊精中形成的。包结后格列齐特的溶解度相比原料药增加了约10倍。Interaction between gliclazide and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin has been investigated in this paper by phase solubility disagram,and the gliclazide/hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex has been prepared by the method of neutralization.The inclusion complex was characterized by three methods,including DSC,FTIR and XRD.It was included that a soluble complex of 1∶1molar ratio had been formed in gliclazide and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin,and inclusion complex displayed amorphous characteristic.The solubility of inclusion complex is higher than origin drug about 10-fold.
