摘　　要：目的探讨核受体共激活因子1(amplified-in-breast cancer 1,AIB1)在肝细胞肝癌中的表达及意义。方法肝细胞肝癌患者74例,取患者肝癌组织(肝癌组)和癌旁组织(癌旁组),采用免疫组织化学法检测2组AIB1蛋白阳性表达率,采用Western blot法检测2组AIB1蛋白表达相对量,分析AIB1阳性表达和肝细胞肝癌病理因素间关系。结果AIB1阳性表达产物主要分布于细胞质内,肝癌组AIB1阳性表达率(64.9%)明显高于癌旁组(40.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝癌组AIB1蛋白表达水平(105.68±4.21)明显高于癌旁组(7.57±0.29)(P<0.05);AIB1阳性表达在肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移及肿瘤远处转移上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AIB1基因蛋白的过表达可能与肝细胞肝癌的发生、发展有关。Objective To explore the expression and significance of amplified-in-breast cancer 1 （AIB1） protein in hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Methods Seventy-four HCC patients were obtained cancer tissue （HCC group） and adjacent normal tissues （control group） to detect the positive expression rate of AIB1 protein by immunohistochemical SP, and relative expression of AIB1 protein by Western blot. The relationship between AIB1 positive rate and pathological factors of HCC was analyzed. Results AIB1 positive products were mainly distributed in the cytoplasm of cell. The positive rate of AIB1 was significantly higher in HCC group （64.9 % ） than that in control group （40.50%） （P〈 0.05）, and the level of AIBI protein was higher in HCC group （105.68±4.21） than that in control group （7.57±0.29） （P〈0.05）, AIBI postive expression showed significant diffferences in the tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis （P〈（0.05）. Conclusion The over expression of AIB1 protein is probably associated with the development and progression of HCC.
