摘　　要：该文通过检索国内外结肠镜检查前肠道准备的各种方法以及一些特殊群体肠道准备方法,列举了判断肠道清洁度的三种标准,阐明信度最高、最客观真实的标准是使用Boston肠道准备量表,呼吁临床医护人员在给患者行结肠镜检查时应充分考虑个体差异,采取个体化准备方案。Through retrieval at domestic and international colonoscopy bowel preparation methods and special groups of intestinal preparation methods,lists the judgement bowel cleanliness of three standard,elucidate the highest reliability and the objective reality of the standard is to use Boston bowel preparation scale,called for clinical medical personnelto patients undergoing colonoscopy should take full account of individual differences and care and health education .
