摘　　要：城市紧急救援事关人民生命财产安全,须需对其出行进行交通管理与控制,保证其优先通行。文章在分析城市紧急救援定义的基础上,从紧急救援交通管控思路及目标演化、管控模型及其评价等方面对国内外现有的研究进行了归纳和总结,指出了现状研究的不足,并进一步指出与车路协同系统、车载数据的结合是其未来发展的方向。Emergency rescue is related to lives and properties intensively, so it＇ s important to give it priority of right-of-way via traffic management and control. In this paper, definition of emergency rescue was first analyzed, then research at home and abroad on management and control strategy, model and evaluation were summarized respectively, moreover, drawbacks of research in this area were pointed out, and finally the future direction of research in this area is proposed which is the integration of vehicleroad cooperative system and on-road data.
