摘 要:植物性饲料中的磷主要以植酸盐的形式存在,难以被猪禽等单胃动物利用,且植酸盐是多聚阴离子,易与钙、铁、锌等带正电的阳离子形成螯合物,影响饲料中淀粉、蛋白质以及脂肪等其他养分的消化利用,具有抗营养作用。在饲料中添加适量植酸酶,可促进动物对饲料中磷和其他养分的吸收利用,提高动物生长性能,降低排泄物中未被消化的养分含量,减轻环境污染。文章就植酸酶在畜禽生产中的应用研究作以综述。Phosphorus is primarily stored in the form of phytates in plant seeds, thus being poorly available for monogastric livestock, such as pigs and poultry. As a polyanionic molecule, phytate has the capacity to combine positively charged cations, especially calcium, iron and zinc. Furthermore, it probably affect the utilization of other dietary nutrients, including starch, protein and lipids. Supplementation of appropriate amount of phytase can promote absorption and utilization of phosphorus and other nutrients. It not only can improve growth performance of animals, but also can reduce undigested nutrients of excreta, which will reduce the pollution of the environment. This review summarized application of pbytase in livestock and poultry production.
