摘　　要：针对某军校士官实践性教学的实施现状,借鉴外军院校实践性教学经验,给出了士官实践性教学改革的观念、思路和原则,从教学内容、教学模式和教员队伍建设三个方面提出了实践性教学的改革措施.这为提高士官实践性教学的质量打下了基础.Aimed at the present situation of sergeants＇ practical teaching in some military academies, according to the practical teaching experience in the foreign military academies, the idea, the way of thinking and the principles of the sergeants＇ practical teaching are given in this paper. And the reform measures on the practical teaching are also presented from such three aspects as the teaching contents, teaching modes and the faculty team construction, which lays a foundation to improve the quality of the sergeant practical teaching.
