普通高校国防教育工作存在的问题与建议——以河北省高校军训工作为例

摘　　要：当前,高校国防教育工作还存在思想认识不到位、军训经费管理不规范、帮训官兵难以保障、理论课高素质教学人员缺乏、军训工作的训练场地缺乏保障等诸多问题,需要教育主管部门、军事机关、高校等各方共同努力,对高校军训工作加强宣传教育、建立合理顺畅的军训工作机制、加大教育行政部门对高校学生军训工作的监管力度、加强专职教师队伍建设,为军队培养国防后备人才,为国家培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义建设人才。There are many problems in national defense education of higher education currently. Thinking and understanding is not in place. Military expenditure is not standardized. Training officers and soldiers are inefficient. High- quality teaching staff is inadequate.Military training grounds is not affordable. All these require education authorities, military authorities, universities and other parties to work together, to strengthen publicity and education of university military training, to establish a reasonable and smooth mechanism for military training, to increase the education administrative departments of military training college students work supervision, to strengthen the construction of teachers＇ team. National defense education is to train national defense reserve talents for the armed forces, and to cultivate the ideal moral culture and discipline for our country＇s socialist construction.
