浙江安吉县竹席质量现状与提升策略分析

摘　　要：分析了《竹编织品》(GB/T 23114—2008)和《竹席》(LY/T 1843-2009)标准颁布实施后浙江安吉竹席产业面临的许多质量风险,包括甲醛超标、竹条韧性不足、染色牢度不达标、含水率低等;竹席行业相关部门为提升质量采取的措施包括研发环保胶水、控制辅料采购、提倡浅炭化、改进生产工艺等;提出了改进环保胶水、加强企业生产管理、总结和推广新技术、推动标准修订等进一步改进竹席质量的建议。This paper analyzed the risks in quality facing Anji＇ s bamboo mat industry after the implementation of GB/T 23114 -2008 Bamboo Weaving Products and LY/T 1843 -2009 Bamboo Mat, including high formaldehyde emission, insufficient toughness of bamboo stick, dissatisfied dye fastness and low moisture content. We have worked with relevant organizations engaged in bamboo mat industries to take measures for improving the quality, including development of environmentally-friendly glue, control of accessory purchase, advocating light carbonization, and impro- ving production process. We also came up with some suggestions to further improve the quality of bamboo mat, such as improving the glue, strengthening company management, concluding and extending new techniques and promoting standard revision.
