摘　　要：文章从生态学角度,融合可持续发展理念与人类社会发展规律,从资助育人、人际互动、人格培养三方面探析了如何对高职贫困生开展帮扶工作,为高职院校解决贫困生问题提供借鉴。From the perspective of ecology, this article, in combination with the concepts of sustainable development and social development laws, studies how to assist poor students in vocational colleges from such angles as funding education, interpersonal interaction and personality cultivation, which is expected to offer reference for vocational colleges to solve the problem of poor students.
