摘　　要：高校辅导员是学生思想政治教育的主力军,辅导员队伍建设关系到学生发展,更关系到学校的发展、教育质量的提升。在全球化、信息化的时代背景下,只有不断深化辅导员队伍建设,保障其向专业化道路迈进,才能更好地服务于学生的成长和发展,促进教育内涵式发展。College counselors are the main force of the ideological and political education of students, the construction of counselor team is related to the development of students,the development of the school and the improvement of education quality.Under the background of globalization and informationization, the construction of the counselor team can only be deepened,and the guarantee of the development of the students＇growth and development will be better.
