摘　　要：充电式电钻的静态堵转力矩限值一直由于标准中没有专门的描述而存在对于力臂如何界定的争议。通过对业界三种比较普遍的观点的合理性分析,提出了解决这类争议的方案。Cordless electric drill static locked-rotor torque limit exist because of there is no specific description in the standard for arm of force how to define the controversy. Based on the industry the rational analysis of three kinds of common point of view, put forward the proposals to solve this kind of dispute.
