摘 要:以屋面轨道伸缩臂式CWGS250擦窗机伸缩臂为研究对象,利用通用分析软件ANSYS,适当简化和假设处理,建立有限元分析模型。通过模态分析结果,确定选取臂厚和搭接量作为研究的结构参数。进行不同臂厚的伸缩臂固有频率对比分析,得到臂厚对固有频率的影响关系。并运用ANSYS优化模块中最优梯度法对影响伸缩臂固有频率的搭接量进行灵敏度分析,得到搭接量对固有频率的敏感性。结果表明,调整伸缩臂臂厚和搭接量可以提高伸缩臂的固有频率,为擦窗机伸缩臂结构的减振设计和动态特性优化提供理论参考。The telescopic boom of the roof rail Building Maintenance Unit is studied by using the general analysis software ANSYS. The finite element analysis model is established by using CWGS250. Based on the results of the modal analysis, the structure parameters of the selected arm thickness and overlap size are determined. The natural frequency of the telescopic boom is analyzed, and the relationship between the arm thickness and the natural frequency is obtained. The degree of sensitivity analysis is carried out on the sensitivity of the natural frequency of the telescopic arm, and the sensitivity of the overlap size is obtained by using the optimal gradient method in ANSYS optimization module. The results show that adjusting the thickness and overlap size of the telescopic boom can improve the natural frequency of the telescopic boom, and provide a theoretical reference for the design and optimization of the structure of the telescopic boom of Building Maintenance Unit.
