摘 要:针对ATO供应链入厂物流系统过程中影响后续生产或装配的原材料或零部件的缺货问题以及客户订单到达却无法按时交货等动态缓冲控制问题,结合TOC理论及其应用方法——DBR方法,主要从库存缓冲的角度研究缓冲的设置及其大小的确定,并采用Extendsim7仿真软件进行建模和仿真,以系统的有效产出作为目标比较不同数量供应商对系统产出的影响.仿真实验表明随着供应商数量的增加,系统产出也在逐渐增加,且其产出增长趋势逐渐趋于平稳.另外在订单数量变化时,不同数量供应商的库存缓冲设置对系统产出的波动影响也是不一样的.In order to solve the dynamic buffer control problems in the inbound logistics system of ATO supply chain ,such as the out‐of‐stock of raw materials or components affecting the subsequent pro‐duction or assembly processes ,and not timely delivery for the arriving customer orders ,TOC theory and DBR method were applied to analyze buffer zone setting and size determining of inventory buffer ;and then Extendsim7 was adopted to compare the impacts on system effective output of different num‐ber of suppliers .Simulation results showed that the system effective output is also increasing with the increase of supplier numbers and the output grow th trend is gradually stabilized .In addition ,w hen order numbers change ,the inventory buffer setting of different supplier numbers has different effects on system output .
