行为学研究乳清蛋白肽对衰老小鼠学习记忆的影响

摘  要:行为学实验是评价动物学习记忆能力的主要方法之一,本文选择跳台、穿梭箱和Morris水迷宫三种常用的行为学实验,利用碱性蛋白酶水解制得的乳清蛋白肽,研究乳清蛋白肽对老龄小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。通过动物行为学实验得出,灌胃乳清蛋白肽可以增加跳台潜伏期和减少跳台错误次数;减小电击时间和次数;减少定位航行实验中的逃避潜伏期、游泳路程、速度和朝向角,增加空间探索实验中的目标象限停留时间、时间百分比、路程百分比、经过平台次数和减少初次穿越平台的时间,同时游泳轨迹也向趋向型和直线型发展。实验结果表明,乳清蛋白肽能够提高衰老小鼠的被动回避和空间学习记忆能力,所以通过本试验可以为开发具有改善学习记忆能力的乳清蛋白肽产品提供理论依据。Behavioral experiments is one of the main methods to evaluate the ability of learning and memory. In this paper, we focus on step-down test, shuttle box test and morris water mazeand to observe the affect of whey protein peptides obtained by alkaline hydrolysis on learning and memory of aging mice.The animal behavioral experiment showed that after gavage with whey protein peptides, jumping laten- cies Of aging mice were increased, the number of jumping errors was decreased, shock time and the number of shocks were reduced in the avoid black box, the escape latency, swimming distance, swimming speed and orientation angle were decreased in the water maze test, the tar- get quadrant time, the percentage of the target quadrant time, the percentage of the target quadrant distance, the number through the plat- form was increased in the space exploration experiments, the initial time through platform was reduced, while swimming trajectory developed to tend and linear. Whey protein peptide can improve the ability of passive avoidance and spatial learning and memory in aging mice,The purpose of this paper was to provide the theoretical foundation?to develop the product of whey protein peptaid that ameliorates learning and memory ability.
