摘  要:以某型号通用汽车中空凸轮轴为对象,研究了激冷深度不同的2种凸轮轴的三点弯曲断裂载荷和挠度,结果表明:(1)凸轮桃尖激冷深度较浅(10~12 mm)的凸轮轴中非激冷部位的碳化物较少,而凸轮桃尖激冷深度较深(16~18 mm)的凸轮轴中非激冷部位的碳化物较多;(2)碳化物较多的凸轮轴的三点弯曲断裂载荷和挠度大大高于碳化物较少的通用凸轮轴;(3)灰铸铁中含有适量的碳化物对其强度和韧度都有利。Taking some model of GM automotive hollow camshaft as object,the three-point bending fracture loads and flexibilities of two cast iron camshafts having different carbide contents were compared. The result showed:(1)There was less carbide existing in the non-chilled area of the camshaft having relatively thin(10~12 mm)chilling depth in its cam peak;there was more carbide existing in the non-chilled area of the camshaft having relatively thick(16~18 mm)chilling depth in its cam peak.(2)Three-point bending fracture load and flexibility of the camshaft having more carbide were greatly higher than those of the camshaft having less carbide.(3)Proper carbide contained in the gray iron was beneficial to improve both its strength and toughness.
